You can use Margin Grove without creating an account or providing your name or email address.

Calculator inputs

The calculations run on your device. Margin Grove does not send the costs, prices, margins, or sales quantities you enter to our server. The calculators do not save those values between page visits.

Visit counts and website performance

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand which pages people visit, where visits come from, and how quickly pages load. Reports include page views, visits, referring sites, approximate country, and browser and device categories. They do not include the calculator values you enter.

Cloudflare sends page and performance information from your browser to its analytics service. It says this service does not use cookies, browser storage, or fingerprinting to track visitors. Cloudflare receives your IP address when handling the request and says it discards it at its nearest data center rather than storing it in its analytics databases or logs.

Website hosting

Margin Grove uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare to deliver and secure the website. As with other websites, these services receive technical request information such as your IP address and browser information. They may process request logs for security and service operation under their own privacy policies.

Cloudflare may also set a security cookie to help distinguish legitimate visitors from automated traffic. This is separate from the visit analytics and does not save your calculator inputs.

Advertising and cookies

Margin Grove currently has no advertisements or advertising trackers. We do not use cookies or browser storage to save calculator inputs. The website software may temporarily use session storage for navigation. Fonts are served with the website, rather than requested from a separate font service.

If we add services that change how information is handled, we will update this page and its date.
